By agreement
We agree the scope and fee before starting work.
Renovation and furnishing
No markup
We earn no margin on the renovation budget. Management commission increases by 5 percentage points to 15%, 17% or 20%. The agreement can be terminated no earlier than 1 year after renovation is completed. All terms are set out in the agreement.
Management
10 / 12 / 15%
Of turnover: long-term 10%, mid-term 12%, short-term 15%.
No “+ VAT”: My Location is not a VAT payer.
